The real problem is that Chrome, unlike other browsers, doesn't seem to have any reasonable way to handle file extension associations. All it can do is to download a file it cannot understand. This really serious limitation of Chrome is since like always.

I've also tried with other browsers such as Explorer and chrome and have no problems with them with the same file and location. Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is getting really aggravating
